Hi Everyone,

This week I am off to Arizona with two of my medicine sisters for a weekend of training with my mentor. I'm very excited about this trip. I always am as I expand my awareness and learning.

I want to share this week with you another experience I had as we are dealing with getting the damage from the water leaked fixed. It's going to be a process, so I will be sharing what I am learning as I walk through the challenges and try to learn and receive the gifts-I promise not to bore you with too many details.

This past week we spent four days in a hotel, with 3 dogs. I was feeling very emotional and stressed. My stress level felt was disproportionate to what was actually happening. My mind chatter was intense and I was feeling far from my peaceful self. So, I called and made an appointment with my mentor. I have learned the hard way to not wait very long when I am feeling distress to reach out for help, to stop all suffering quickly. When I explained to him what I was feeling, his comment was "it's something going around". He wasn't being flip, a collective energy on the planet was affecting me and many others. He helped me clear a few energies and discover what the cause of the intensity I was feeling was. Also we found what I can do to stay centered and in my power. I felt like myself again after the phone call and had a peaceful feeling of relief.

Many people I have talked to are feeling their stress levels really amped up- and wondering why? This collective energy is affecting many people. To me it feels as if it pulls me off my center. You too may be feeling this energy and haven't been quite able to understand it. Due to this collective energy we can find ourselves repeating old patterns we thought we had gotten rid of long ago and also feeling a great deal of fear. Some people have shared with me this fear shows up in emotions from depression to anger.

What I want to share is a few things that can help if you are feeling this intensity:

1. Reach out for help quickly. As I said I've learned the hard way if I cannot figure out what is really going I call someone. When we are in the middle of a challenge, often we don't always have the perception we need to get back on our center. Having my mentor as objective person, he was able to see what was really happening and why and what was in my energy field that was causing it. Reach out to a trust friend, a spiritual counselor and healer, and of course reach out to the divine helpers of the unseen world. There is unlimited supply of help out there-and all you need to do is ask.
2. Remember your true identity. Connect with your Dreamer (Higher Self), focusing on crown chakra. Then on your heart chakra and bring the feeling of your Higher Self into your Heart Center. Just allow this feeling to grow and expand. When it slows down and you feel the warmth flowing, then ground and center this feeling in your body by focusing internally on your lower belly, just below the 2nd chakra. This energy will help you to remember who you really are -a powerful Spiritual Being.
3. One thing that has really helped me, (my mentor's suggestion) is when I focus my intent on being of service. There are many levels of being of service. I have been focusing on being of service to planet, in light of the collective energies. However we choose to be of service, it will promote an energy that also brings us back to our center and our true identities and of course helps our world. What I do know is that as we heal ourselves we help heal our world.

These are a few of things I am doing to stay centered in my true identity and I can tell you, they have made a huge difference. My challenges are still are there and these things are helping me meet them, and gain wisdom and insight as I walk through them.
